I just got a Soundblaster Audigy 2 Platinum yesterday, and I was wondering how to make the remote control work with Winamp. I have all of the updates from the official site installed, and read the article they have telling how to do it with some of the other Soundblaster products, but not this one.

Which Sound Blaster Audigy 2?
After the upgrade I have no sound. According to Gateway the sound card is Sound Blaster Audigy Audio with IEEE 1394 Sound Card. The driver that Gateway sent does not work. I still get the same error, Error ID = OxCOOD11BA, Condition ID = OxOOOOOOOO. The sound worked fine until the "upgrade" this morning. Any ideas?
